Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by RedWeb Developers, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

RedWeb Developers offers web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, and other digital services as outlined on our website. Specific terms and deliverables for each project will be detailed in a written agreement with the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete project information.
  • Respond to inquiries and approvals in a timely manner to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Provide content (e.g., text, images) unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payment Terms

  • All projects require a deposit of 50% before the work begins.
  • Untill a deposit of 50% is made we will not proceed with the work.
  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery.
  • After project completion the payment must be completed within a deadline of 7 days.
  • If the payment is not received by the deadline, the project will be considered terminated, and any further work will require a new agreement with revised terms.
  • Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Revisions and Feedback

We allow up to three (3) rounds of revisions for each project phase. Additional revisions will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables.
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential. This includes proprietary business information, design drafts, and any other sensitive data.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. The client will be invoiced for any work completed up to the termination date.

9. Limitation of Liability

RedWeb Developers will not be held liable for any damages, including lost profits or data, arising from the use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or our website.
